  1. Add oil to a deep frying pan.
  2. Heat oil to 175°C. Add 1 chip to test. If the chip floats it is ready for frying.
  3. Add the rest of the McCain Skinny Fries to the oil and fry for 2½ - 3 minutes until crispy and light golden in colour.
  4. Drain, season and serve.

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Spread your McCain Skinny Fries evenly in a single layer onto a greased baking tray.
  3. Bake for 20 – 22 minutes, turning halfway through until crispy and light golden in colour.
  4. Season and serve
